Description
MARANTA leuconeura ‘Green’. 6-12″ tall with equal spread, bright; indirect light, occasional spring bloom. Can tolerate lower light conditions; direct sun should be avoided as it may scorch the delicate foliage. Lush, oval-shaped green leaves adorned with darker green markings along the midrib and veins, and for its signature habit of folding its leaves upward at night, mimicking a praying motion. Ideal for tabletops or hanging baskets. It is typically grown indoors in cooler regions and prefers high humidity, warm temperatures, and consistently moist, well-draining soil. Zones 11-12. Potted in 3″ pot.
