SEMPERVIVUM ‘Chick Charms® Gold Nugget’ PP28284 – Chick Charms® Series. 2-3″ tall, 6-8″ spread, full sun. Evergreen. Fleshy leaves start out lime green with a hint of light pink at the tips. Once winter sets in, the leaves turn bright gold with crimson red edges. A one of kind plant. Drought and heat tolerant. Deer and rabbit resistant. Zones 4-9. All Potted in 3″ pot.
Sempervivum is the perfect plant for hot, dry, sunny locations with very well-drained soil. Though they can adapt to a variety of soil types, they perform best in gritty soil. If a groundcover effect is desired, space plants close together because they grow slowly.
